How the review tool works
The tool builds a summary in your browser. Entries are not submitted to Home Team Investors, saved in browser storage or sent to a CRM by this website. Leaving or reloading the page clears them. Clicking “Copy summary” places the text on your device’s clipboard.
“Open text message” passes your summary to your device’s messaging app, addressed to the business number. You must send it there. Your device, messaging provider and recipient then handle that communication. Standard messaging charges may apply.
Start with a broad description
Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking details, identity documents or private records about other people. For an initial partner referral, use a de-identified overview and confirm you have permission before sharing client information.
If the conversation moves forward
Ask which documents are needed, how to share them and who will receive them. A purchase may require coordination with a title company, attorneys and others involved in the file. Do not assume that a conversation with a potential buyer is attorney-client privileged.

The hosting service may process routine connection information to serve and protect this site. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
